This machine is suitable for slitting PE, TPU, BOPP, BOPA, PET, CPP, CPP/AL, PET/AL, BOPS, PP, PVC and other plastic films as well as various composite films, metallized films, etc., especially suitable for slitting micro-tension films (all slitting guide rollers of this machine are active rollers).

Product Description:

The HFQD-CB series computer automatic slitting machine adopts a touch screen human-machine interface and PLC programmable controller for centralized control of the whole machine, equipped with an automatic edge winding system and a blowing edge system.

1. Winding: Uses a precision air expansion slip shaft for winding, with tension and contact roller pressure automatically controlled by an electric proportional valve (contact pressure can be adjusted in segments).

2. Traction: Uses a vector frequency motor drive to achieve constant line speed control.

3. Unwinding: Uses a vector frequency motor for active unwinding, high-precision heavy-duty electric + pneumatic clamping, equipped with lifting function.

4. Edge Material Handling: Equipped with a servo motor closed-loop tension control flat edge winding system and blowing edge system.

5. Guide Rollers: All slitting guide rollers are active rollers, which can eliminate the influence of guide roller resistance on tension.

6. Correction System: Uses LPC&EPC (edge and line following) CCD camera static automatic correction system.

7. Receiving Table: Uses pneumatic control for connecting films.

8. Unloading Rack: Equipped.

9. Static Eliminator: Equipped.

10. Slitting Method: Equipped with flat knife suspended slitting and pneumatic pressure round knife slitting.

11. Winding Paper Tube Alignment Device: Linear guide rail movable laser alignment.

12. The system has functions such as meter counting, fixed length stop, residual alarm for unwinding, and stop.
