Product Description:

The HFQDL Gantry High-Speed Computer Slitting Machine has a compact and reasonable structure, with an attractive appearance; the base and side plates are made of gray iron casting, which is sturdy and reliable. It uses a touch screen human-machine interface and a PLC programmable controller for centralized control of the entire machine, with the PLC automatically calculating the roll diameter to achieve constant tension control. The rewinding adopts a front and rear double air expansion shaft synchronous center rewinding method, with pneumatic control for the clamping of rewinding and unwinding, as well as the actions of the knife shaft and pressure roller, making it easy to operate. It features a single motor variable frequency drive, synchronous belt transmission, stable and reliable operation, and low noise; the tension control uses a magnetic powder clutch for rewinding and a magnetic powder brake for unwinding, with high precision, fast response, and a wide adjustable range; the unwinding uses an advanced broadcasting automatic correction system, equipped with static elimination devices, edge blowing devices, and automatic meter counting for rewinding. The slitting uses flat knife slitting (round knife slitting can be customized). Each function can be configured according to customer requirements.
