▪ Winding: Uses precision pneumatic expansion slip shaft for winding, automatically controls tension and contact roller pressure (contact pressure can be adjusted in segments).

▪ Traction: Constant line speed control.

▪ Unwinding: Active unwinding, high-precision heavy-duty electric + pneumatic clamping, equipped with lifting function.

▪ Edge Material Handling: Closed-loop tension control flat edge winding system and blowing edge system.

▪ Guide Rollers: All slitting guide rollers are active rollers, which can eliminate the impact of guide roller resistance on tension.

▪ Correction System: Uses LPC&EPC (edge-following line-following) CCD camera static automatic correction system.

▪ Receiving Table: Pneumatic receiving table for connecting films.

▪ Slitting Method: Equipped with flat knife suspended slitting and pneumatic press-cut round knife slitting.

▪ Winding Paper Tube Alignment Device: Linear guide rail movable straight line laser.

▪ The system has functions such as meter counting, fixed length shutdown, unwinding residual alarm, and shutdown.
