▪ This machine is suitable for slitting various functional base films, proton membranes, ion membranes, window films, photovoltaic films, optoelectronic films, car wrap films, separation films, protective films, release films, water treatment membranes, flame retardant films, high moisture barrier films, negative ion release films, battery film materials, etc. It is also suitable for plastic films such as PI, PO, PET, PPS, BOPP, BOPA, CPP, CPP/AL, PET/AL, PP, PE, PVC, and various composite films, metallized films, etc.

▪ Easy and quick operation with high efficiency. The overall performance is comparable to foreign brand machines, offering high cost performance.

▪ The rewinding uses a motor-driven precision air expansion slip shaft, automatically calculating the roll diameter and controlling air pressure to achieve rewinding tension and slip control.

▪ The traction adopts constant line speed control.

▪ The correction system uses a shaftless unwinding and vector frequency motor drive, automatically calculating the roll diameter to achieve constant tension control; the unwinding material is clamped by an electric screw and cylinder, with electric lifting of the unwinding frame.

▪ The correction system adopts LPC&EPC (edge and line tracking) photoelectric static automatic correction system, with slitting using flat knives (customizable round knife slitting and automatic knife adjustment system available).

▪ The system has functions such as meter counting, fixed length stop, roll diameter calculation, and material break protection.

▪ All mixed shafts use electroplated or oxidized metal rollers or wear-resistant stable rubber or silicone materials.

▪ Optional automatic stacking and unloading function.
