Product Application:

▪ This machine is suitable for slitting BOPP, BOPA, PET, CPP, CPP/AL, PET/AL, PP, PE, PVC and other plastic films, as well as various composite films, metallized films, etc. It is easy to operate and efficient. The overall performance is comparable to that of foreign brand machines, with high cost performance. The HFQD-W series is also suitable for high-speed slitting of medical materials with micro-tension.

▪ The rewinding uses electric control precision air expansion slip shaft drive, automatically calculating the roll diameter and controlling air pressure to achieve rewinding tension and slip control.

▪ The traction adopts constant line speed control.

▪ The unwinding uses shaftless unwinding and vector frequency motor drive, automatically calculating the roll diameter to achieve constant tension control; the unwinding roll material is clamped by electric screw and cylinder, with electric lifting of the unwinding frame.

▪ The correction system uses LPC&EPC (edge and line tracking) photoelectric static automatic correction system.

▪ The slitting uses flat knife slitting (round knife slitting can be customized), and the adjustment of the knife is achieved through pneumatic and synchronous belt drive.

▪ The system has functions such as meter counting, fixed length stop, roll diameter calculation, and material break protection.
