It is easy and quick to operate, has high operational efficiency, and offers a high cost-performance ratio compared to foreign brand machines.

Performance Features:

▪ Base and side plates are made of gray iron casting, sturdy and reliable.

▪ Automatically calculates roll diameter to achieve constant tension control.

▪ The winding adopts a front and rear dual air expansion shaft for synchronous center winding.

▪ Single motor variable frequency drive, synchronous belt transmission, stable and reliable operation, low noise.

▪ Tension control uses magnetic powder clutch for winding and magnetic powder brake for unwinding, with high precision, fast response, and wide adjustable range.

▪ Advanced automatic correction system, equipped with static elimination device, edge blowing device, and automatic meter counting for winding.

▪ Slitting uses flat knife slitting (round knife slitting can be customized).
