Product Application:

Pre-tensioning mechanism: Independently controlled by a frequency converter and motor, it ensures that the film is pre-tensioned and pre-compressed, protecting the production line from potential failures of the main compression and cutting mechanisms, providing pre-compressed strip material to the main compression mechanism.

Main compression mechanism: Independently controlled by a high-power frequency converter and motor, it compresses the film into solid strip material for the cutter to slice.
Cutter mechanism: Independently controlled by a frequency converter and motor, it uses a rotary knife to cut the material into granular form, with adjustable granule length (3~8mm).

Blowing mechanism: Uses a fan to automatically blow the formed granules to the feeding inlet of the production line.
