Product Description:

The HFQD series computer automatic slitting machine uses a touch screen human-machine interface and PLC programmable controller for centralized control of the entire machine.

1, The winding uses a vector frequency motor and electric control precision air expansion slip shaft drive, with the PLC automatically calculating the roll diameter and controlling the air pressure to achieve winding tension and slip control.

2, The traction uses a vector frequency motor drive to achieve constant line speed control.

3, The unwinding uses shaftless unwinding and vector frequency motor drive, with the PLC automatically calculating the roll diameter to achieve constant tension control; the unwinding roll material is clamped by an electric screw rod and cylinder, and the lifting of the unwinding rack is achieved by hydraulic drive.

4, The correction system uses LPC&EPC (edge and line following) photoelectric static automatic correction system.

5, The slitting uses flat knife slitting (round knife slitting can be customized), and the adjustment of the knife is achieved through pneumatic and synchronous belt drive.

6, The system has functions such as meter counting, fixed length stop, roll diameter calculation, and material break protection.
