Product Purpose:

This machine is suitable for the recycling and processing of waste, defective products, and edge materials of films such as CPE, PE, CPP, P0, PP, EVA, BOPA, POF, LLDPE, TPU, PVC, and non-woven fabrics. The produced granules can be used in high proportions with raw materials.

Advantages:

Cold extrusion and compression granulation, no heating required, minimal dust, very low noise, and does not change the chemical composition and plasticizing properties of the material. Low power consumption and high output. The processed granules have a specific gravity similar to plastic pellets, can be evenly mixed with raw materials, do not block the feeding port, and are not prone to crystallization. The addition amount can reach 30% to 40%.

Working Principle:

This equipment is our company's latest multi-functional granulator. It is fully controlled by a touch screen, PLC, and dual floating roller tension system, and can be linked with production lines and slitting machines or used as a standalone machine. The machine structure mainly consists of four parts: 1. Traction pre-compression mechanism: independently controlled by a frequency converter and motor, it pre-draws and pre-compresses the film, ensuring that the production line is not affected by possible failures of the main compression and cutting mechanisms, providing pre-compressed strip material to the main compression mechanism. 2. Main compression mechanism: independently controlled by a high-power frequency converter and motor, it compresses the film into solid strip material for the cutting knife. 3. Cutting mechanism: independently controlled by a frequency converter and motor, it uses a rotary knife to cut the material into sheet-like granules, with adjustable granule length (4~10mm). 4. Blowing mechanism: uses a fan to automatically blow the formed granules to the feeding port of the production line.
