Product description:

The HFQⅡ series high-speed slitting machine has a compact and reasonable structure, with an attractive appearance; the base and side plates are made of gray iron casting, which is sturdy and reliable. The winding adopts a dual pneumatic expansion shaft for simultaneous center winding, with all actions of clamping, knife shaft, and pressure roller fully controlled by pneumatic means, making operation simple and quick. It features a single motor variable frequency drive, synchronous belt transmission, stable and reliable operation, and low noise; tension control is achieved through a magnetic powder clutch for winding and a magnetic powder brake for unwinding, with high precision, fast response, and a wide adjustable range; unwinding uses an advanced analog photoelectric automatic correction system, equipped with static elimination devices, edge blowing devices, and automatic meter counting for winding. Each function can be configured according to customer requirements.
