Product use:

Suitable for composite of non-woven fabric with CPE, PE, etc., mainly used in industries such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, and diapers.

Working principle:

Using a spray adhesive process, the adhesive is evenly sprayed onto the substrate, and then pressed together with the fabric to form a single unit. The spray amount can be as low as 1g/㎡.

Advantages:

1. No drying equipment is needed during the composite process, resulting in low energy consumption, and it does not affect any heat-sensitive materials.

2. The hot melt adhesive used is 100% solid content, solvent-free, pollution-free, avoiding large amounts of formaldehyde exposure for operators during the cleaning of excess adhesive.

3. Since the adhesive exists in a fibrous form between the two layers of fabric, the composite fabric has a good hand feel and breathability.

4. Uses pneumatic round knife cutting.
