Product Description:

The HFD series high-speed rewinding machine has a compact and reasonable structure, with an attractive appearance; it uses a touch screen human-machine interface and a PLC programmable controller for centralized control of the entire machine, with the PLC automatically calculating the roll diameter to achieve constant tension control. The rewinding device, unwinding device, and traction device use a single motor variable frequency drive, with synchronous belt transmission, running smoothly and reliably, with low noise; the tension control has high precision, fast response, and a wide adjustable range; the unwinding uses an advanced photoelectric automatic correction system. It has an electrostatic elimination device, a receiving table device, automatic rewinding for film defects, and automatic meter counting for rewinding functions. Each function can be configured according to customer requirements.
