Additionally, controlling the mutual tension between winding, traction, cutting, and winding keeps the film substrate in a stable tension state, avoiding deformation and displacement during acceleration or deceleration. The winding methods for films mainly include surface winding, center winding, and center surface winding. Surface winding tension comes from winding tension, and contact pressure depends on the weight of the coil and the air pressure of the drum. It can wind coils with a larger diameter but is not suitable for easily stretchable materials like PE. The center winding provides tension to the film coil through the winding action, and by changing the torque, the tension curve can be effectively controlled without generating contact pressure. The tension of center surface winding comes from the core center and surface winding force, allowing for cutting with a smaller arm width and larger diameter film rolls, but due to the difficulty in precisely controlling contact pressure, it is not suitable for cutting harder materials like PVC.
