1. Check that the plastic granulator can be started with no abnormal sounds, and observe whether the rotation direction is consistent with the direction indicator.
2. When starting, press the green switch system and wait for about one minute. After the motor runs smoothly, feed the material. Operators should pay special attention not to put hard objects like metal into the machine.
3. To stop, press the red switch system. Feeding should be stopped five minutes in advance, and the machine can be stopped once the glue inside is completely broken.
4. During the operation of the plastic granulator produced by the manufacturer, do not open the top cover or put hands inside the machine to ensure safety.
5. In case of an emergency during production, the plastic granulator manufacturer can press the red emergency stop switch system. Before switching it back on, the switch system needs to be reset.
