We must pay attention to the fact that only qualified technicians can perform the connection work for the main power supply of the machine. The power supply voltage of the machine is generally above 220 volts, and if you accidentally touch the voltage, it may lead to accidents. Therefore, during the connection process of the main power supply of the cutting machine, pay attention to these points.
The connection of the drilling circuit should be carried out according to the circuit diagram in this user manual. After the circuit is connected, please connect the main power supply to three-phase voltage. The power specifications are indicated on the machine nameplate. Then check whether the motor is consistent with the arrow direction. After the action is completed, start the machine. Check whether the motor running direction is correct, press the "Oil Pump Off" button on the touch screen, and then press the "Oil Pump On" button to check the motor running direction.
If the running direction is incorrect, please change the running direction of the motor by switching two phases of the power supply line, excluding the ground wire, and repeat this action until the motor has the correct running direction. The motor running direction should not exceed one minute. This slitting machine has good wear resistance and lubrication. The purpose is to reduce mechanical friction and ensure the corresponding oil film strength under different conditions such as pressure, speed, and temperature.
