1. Wrinkles at the bottom
This issue occurs only at the beginning of the film winding length, mainly manifested as deep wrinkles and stripes, caused by various factors.
2. Insufficient length, excessive width
This quality issue is caused by incorrect winding count or insufficient film length and improper equipment positioning.
3. Longitudinal stripes
It is mainly manifested as annular ribbed stripes on the surface of the film roll. During the slitting and winding process of the high-speed slitting machine, a large number of air pockets and accumulated thickness tolerances are the main reasons for the formation of longitudinal stripes. Once severe stripes appear, it is difficult to eliminate them.
4. Cramps
This quality issue is caused by the accumulation of film thickness tolerances and the formation of obvious protrusions on the surface of the film roll.
5. Deformation of edges
This quality issue occurs at the edge position of the film winding, caused by the overlapping of thick film edges during winding.
6. Misalignment
It refers to the phenomenon where part of the film on the end face of the film roll is misaligned, mainly caused by the sliding of the film or changes in film width during the winding process.
