Due to the prolonged vibration during the operation of the slitting machine, various components may become loose. To ensure the slitting machine operates well, check the following issues within a certain period of time:
1. The transmission device of the slitting machine, such as the gear chain, needs to be lubricated with grease after a period of time.
2. The knife is usually not a problem; the consumable parts are just the small gears. If the printing knife breaks easily, the wool roller will be lightly loaded after a year and a half, and it needs to be sent back to the factory for modification. If the steel roller's embossing device needs to be replaced with an embossing mode, you will need to ship the steel roller back to the original factory for modification, which won't cost too much.
3. Ensure the voltage is stable; otherwise, the motor may burn out easily. Maintain cleanliness; do not let debris fall between the steel roller and the wool roller.
