Due to poor interfaces, issues such as film breakage or wrinkling may occur during the use of the film roll, causing a relatively adverse impact on users. Therefore, the film interfaces must be operated according to regulations to ensure the quality of the joint. The specific requirements are as follows:
1. Align and flatten the two sections of the film at the joint horizontally, and securely adhere them on both sides of the film.
2. To improve interface quality, the film interface should be straight, balanced with the direction of the paper tube, and the interface should be flush without any waviness. The ends of the interface should be positioned in the middle of the tape to avoid size discrepancies, and the adhesive tape should be firmly attached to the film without obvious bubbles.
3. The film surface at the interface should be smooth without obvious wrinkling.
