This machine is divided into three parts: unloading, fabric inspection, slitting, and rewinding. It is the ideal upstream equipment for the automatic sewing production line of pleated and cylindrical filter bags. It is designed for the inspection and cutting of large-format fabrics and can cut the fabric to the required width according to actual needs. It uses a photoelectric correction device to ensure the accuracy of fabric cutting, and the high-power motor can adapt to high-speed operations of different fabrics.

The whole machine is divided into three parts
1. Unloading section: 2.8 meters long, 0.8 meters wide, and 1.1 meters high. Its main function is the placement of tension fabric and automatic correction. Equipped with an automatic loading and unloading arm, it saves labor during the loading and unloading process. The oil pressure cylinder is controlled by photoelectric means, in conjunction with guide rails and rollers, and has deviation correction transmission. The end face of the feeding inflatable shaft is equipped with friction tension control, which can adjust the force.
2. Fabric inspection section: 1.2 meters long, 2 meters high, and 2.8 meters wide. The backlight fabric inspection is simple and intuitive.
3. Cutting and rewinding device: equipped with 6 cutting knives (flying knife, hard knife, or double cutting knife, motor 1400r/min), automatic lifting, easy to grind. The automatic feeding arm is easy to operate. Winding uses air expansion shafts or surface winding, with fast winding speed.
