Product Application
The HFQⅡ series high-speed slitting machine has a compact and reasonable structure, with an attractive appearance; the base and side plates are made of gray iron casting, sturdy and reliable. The rewinding adopts a dual pneumatic expansion shaft for simultaneous center rewinding, with all actions of clamping, knife shaft, and pressure roller fully controlled by pneumatic means, making operation simple and quick. It features a single motor variable frequency drive, synchronous belt transmission, stable and reliable operation, and low noise; tension control is achieved through a magnetic powder clutch for rewinding and a magnetic powder brake for unwinding, with high precision, fast response, and a wide adjustable range; the unwinding uses an advanced analog photoelectric automatic correction system, equipped with static elimination devices, edge blowing devices, and automatic meter counting for rewinding. Each function can be configured according to customer requirements.

Working Principle
The film slitting machine consists of an unwinding mechanism, cutting mechanism, rewinding mechanism, various functional rollers, and tension control, correction control, and detection devices. Its working principle is as follows: the metallized film material released from the unwinding mechanism passes through the leveling roller, tension detection roller, energizing roller, correction system, and enters the cutting mechanism. After slitting, the raw materials are rewound into standard film rolls by the rewinding mechanism.
The PLC completes calculations, controls the actions of each part, and realizes the system's self-diagnosis function;
The touch screen serves as the human-machine interface, accepting operator commands, setting, and displaying various operating parameters;
The inverter drives the main motor, providing motion and power for each transmission mechanism;
The unwinding tension control system adopts constant tension unwinding, ensuring that the raw materials do not deform or wrinkle during the slitting process;
The rewinding tension control system adopts constant torque rewinding, ensuring that the finished product rolls are appropriately tight, with neat end faces of the film rolls;
The correction control system corrects deviations caused by various factors during the raw material or transmission process, ensuring that the knife edge remains centered on the metallized film isolation band during slitting, thus ensuring the accuracy of the edge retention;
The energizing power supply outputs a variable DC voltage of 0 to 900V, applied to both sides of the metallized film through the energizing roller, effectively removing various conductive and semi-conductive impurities present in the film medium during the film material transfer process, which can significantly improve the quality of capacitors;
Signals detected by sensors are sent to the PLC, recording the length, roll diameter, and various motion states of the film rolls after slitting, achieving automatic control of the system.
