1. The line pressure of the paper roll. The paper roll applies pressure during the rewinding process. In the early stage of rewinding, the paper roll provides additional load to the paper roll, and the front and rear bottom rollers jointly provide the rewinding force. As the roll diameter increases, the position of the pressure roller gradually rises, and the load on the pressure roller gradually decreases. When the roll diameter reaches a certain value, the pressure of the paper roll load is zero. At this point, it only exists as a device to maintain the position of the paper roll. The pressure control program of the pressure roller must be selected based on the paper quality and end diameter. Generally, the paper roll pressure is automatically controlled according to a preset pressure curve, and the operator does not need to change it.
2. The speed difference between the front and rear support rollers. The speed difference of the support rollers forms the rewinding force, and the magnitude of the rewinding force determines the tightness of the paper roll. The rewinding force of the slitting rewinding machine can increase the tightness of the paper roll from these aspects. Problems should be analyzed, and targeted solutions should be implemented.
3. Unwinding tension control: When rewinding a set of paper, it is necessary to avoid unwinding tension as much as possible to ensure uniform tightness of the slitting machine's rewinding machine both inside and outside. Secondly, during the rewinding process, if the tension control of the paper is too low, the paper will loosen or slip on the bottom roller, resulting in wrinkles and other paper defects. Conversely, if the tension control is too high, it may cause explosions or damage to the paper core. Therefore, during the rewinding process, it is necessary to maintain a constant actual control value of the tension and install a well-adjusted instantaneous inertia compensation regulator in the tension closed-loop control system.
