Hongfeng Machinery focuses on film machinery, impacting several fields. Hongfeng Machinery is also the pioneer of film cold granulation recycling machines in China. At this year's Yash Exhibition, Hongfeng showcased its patented product in the breathable film field, the HFQD-CB series breathable film micro-tension computer slitting machine. Liu Xianshu, the executive vice president of Hongfeng, introduced that this machine is specifically designed for slitting and rewinding CPE embossed films, breathable films, etc., and is now widely used in the micro-tension film industry. This model features high speed, strong power, precise tension control, neat rewinding, and stable operation. Another important feature is the addition of many automation functions, such as automatic knife adjustment and automatic feeding. Mr. Liu believes that under the pressure of rising labor costs and product precision requirements, automation is the trend of development. Previously, one machine required three operators; now it only needs one. The company will continue to increase R&D investment in this area and move towards automation.
 
This exhibition also showcased the highly cost-effective HFQD-E series designed for the printing and packaging field.High-speed slitting machine, this model has been newly designed with a simple and reasonable structure and a stylish appearance. The drive uses a multi-servo system, making the machine both high-speed and stable. The exhibited machine is also equipped with a BST correction system. The overall performance and configuration of the machine are at a high level in this field, but the price is affordable. Several product series have been formed to meet the different needs of various customers in the printing and packaging field.
 
Looking back at Hongfeng's development over the past 20 years, it has always been on the path of innovation. "Learning is like rowing upstream; not to advance is to drop back," Mr. Liu joked, stating that without innovation in products, one will be eliminated by the market. Hongfeng's flagship product is the PCB optical dry film precision multifunctional slitting machine. Development began in 2013, and now over 90% of enterprises in this field use Hongfeng's optical film slitting machines for production, with many enterprises making multiple purchases. This machine is suitable for the precision high-speed slitting and rewinding of PCB optical films and other electronic film materials. The rewinding section adopts a dual-station air expansion slip differential shaft center rewinding method. It features independent vector frequency motor drive and automatic tension control for rewinding. The slitting uses shear circular knives, with an optional automatic knife arrangement system and industry-related custom functions. "In the past two years, customers were still cautious about this product, but after market testing, it has gained customer trust and is now one of the company's best-selling products," Mr. Liu said.
 
Focusing on product quality and adhering to the spirit of craftsmanship is a principle that Hongfeng has always upheld. Currently, Hongfeng's after-sales costs account for less than one point of the company's total costs, which strongly indicates the quality of its products. "We invest all our money in the machines themselves; every component and every program design is done to high standards," Mr. Liu firmly believes that by making good machines, not only can after-sales costs be saved and product repair rates significantly reduced, but also customer trust can be earned through the products, resulting in a win-win situation that benefits the company's long-term development.
 

Naturally, high-quality products are slightly more expensive. Mr. Liu smiled and said, "Customers' evaluation of us is that the machines are easy to use, but they are a bit pricey." He stated that because they are continuously increasing the added value of their products, prices will rise. If prices remain unchanged while costs increase every year, it leads to a low-profit or no-profit trap. Some enterprises will increasingly cut costs in various aspects, which will certainly affect quality and lead to a loss of competitiveness. However, we do not wish to take such a development path; we always maintain quality and exceed value in our production and operations.
 
Staying true to its original intention, maintaining consistent quality, and persisting for years have made Hongfeng's products not only popular in the domestic market but also spread across nearly 50 countries and regions worldwide.
