1. Tight winding:
1) Bulging: As BOPP film, the thickness deviation of the film within the company's control standards is normal. 3) End wrinkles: Due to tight winding, the cushioning performance of the film roll decreases, making it difficult to eliminate wrinkles formed by pressure on the film's end during handling and loading, resulting in end wrinkles that affect product quality.
4) Pitting: Due to tight winding, the film near the paper tube is affected by the rough and uneven surface of the paper tube, resulting in pitting, which affects product quality (using polished paper tubes can somewhat eliminate film surface pitting and improve initial wrinkles).


2. Loose winding:
1) Displacement: Due to loose winding, the film roll is prone to displacement during use, and if the degree is severe, it cannot be used.
2) Core extraction: Due to loose winding, the film roll can experience severe end misalignment near the paper tube during unloading or use, commonly known as "core extraction," affecting the product's appearance and effectiveness.
3) Wrinkles and pit patterns (star-shaped) formed by loose winding and the inner loose and outer tight condition can somewhat affect the product's appearance quality and effectiveness.
4) End wrinkles: Due to loose winding, the point support of the film roll's end decreases during movement, making it very easy to produce fish scale-like end wrinkles.
5) Eccentricity: Loose winding leads to eccentricity in the film roll (oval shape), causing uneven unwinding tension during the unwinding process, which affects the effectiveness.
