1. Turn on the electrical isolation switch of the film slitting machine (located at the front of the electrical control cabinet), press the emergency stop reset and prepare to run buttons, start the machine with a key, and check if the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable.
2. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (located on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check if the oil level and pressure gauge of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable.
3. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (located on the intake pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet), and check if the air pressure is correct (not less than 6.0 bar) and stable.
