2. The cutting length can be set continuously. If there is an error in the actual cutting length, it can be easily calibrated by setting parameters.
3. The slitting control of the paper slitting machine is divided into static slitting and dynamic slitting: it accurately stops when the set length is reached, then performs static slitting processing, and restarts operation after slitting; when the set length is reached, it sends a cutting signal without stopping the machine, and the slitting machine cuts and processes dynamically during the movement of the material.
Structural Advantages of the Slitting Machine
The central part of the paper tube slitting machine is equipped with a spindle for processing paper tubes. The front end of the spindle is fixed to the base with a set of bearings, and a pulley is installed in the middle of the bearing group; a compression cylinder is installed near the base, and the upper end of the cylinder support rod is equipped with a set of support rod bearings to support the spindle.
