This severely affects production efficiency. Currently, dual variable frequency motor control is used to keep the magnetic powder friction within a certain value as the diameter of the winding material increases, and there will be no high temperatures.
Mica tape slitting machine, also known as mica tape bonding machine, is used to bond mica paper and reinforcement materials, such as mica tape paper, telephone paper, silk cloth, alkali-free glass cloth for electrical use, electrical film, etc., into a whole with adhesive. It has excellent electrical performance and processing performance and is widely used as a key material for high-voltage motor coils and fire-resistant cable main insulation. Synthetic mica is a type of artificial mica synthesized under atmospheric pressure by replacing hydroxyl groups with fluoride ions, characterized by large size and complete crystal structure. Synthetic mica tape is made from mica paper made of synthetic mica as the main material, and then glass cloth is adhered to one or both sides using adhesive in a mica tape machine. Adhering glass cloth to one side of the mica paper is called "single-sided tape," while adhering tape to both sides is called "double-sided tape." During the manufacturing process, several structural layers are bonded together, then dried in an oven, rolled up, and cut into different specifications of tape. Mica tape, also known as fire-resistant mica tape, is a fire-resistant insulating material made by a mica tape machine. Depending on the use, it can be divided into mica tape for motors and mica tape for cables. By structure, it can be divided into: double-sided tape, single-sided tape, three-in-one tape, double film tape, single-layer tape, etc. By mica type, it can be divided into synthetic mica tape, gold mica tape, and white mica.
