The power supply of the film slitting machine outputs an adjustable DC voltage of 0-900V, which is applied to both sides of the metallized film through the energy rollers. During the transportation of the film material, various conductive and semi-conductive impurities present in the film medium are removed, which can effectively improve the quality of the capacitors.
The signals detected by the sensors are sent to the PLC, recording the length, diameter, and various motion states of the film rolls after cutting, achieving automatic control of the system.
